Questions about Magnet Labels products?

1. Are these stickers or magnets? How big are they?

These are magnets. They are more durable than some of the stickers that you might find from some of our competitors. We have designed them so that they are not too strong so that you can easily move them and don’t damage the calendar.

The numbers are a little smaller than the size of a dime and the holiday/event icons are a little smaller than the size of a quarter. If you have a calendar that is bigger than 12” x 16”, we recommend using a quarter and a dime to understand the sizing before you order. This will give an accurate comparison.

2. How large are the numbers?

The magnets work really well with 12” x 16” magnet calendars or calendars around that size.

- Month Names: 10 cm x 1.5 cm

- 1-31 Number Magnet Sheet: 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm

- Holiday / Event Magnet Sheet: 2 cm x 2 cm

3. Does this come with a warranty?

Yes! If you have ANY issues with the product or decide you don’t like the product, you can always return or exchange to Amazon within their return policy. If you have any issues outside of that, we do offer a 1-year warranty. Customer satisfaction is VERY important to us, so please contact us anytime with questions or concerns. If you are not happy, we will fix it for you!

Questions about Chore Chart Calendar products?

1. What is the best way to clean the boards?

To prevent being easily erased, the chalk marker ink will intentionally dry onto the board, especially after long periods of time.

Option 1: Wipe the board with a wet paper towel or soft cloth

Option 2: Spray dry erase board with water or most household cleaners and wipe clean

2. Is this a sticker type board that peels and sticks or is it a rigid reusable magnetic board?

It is a rigid reusable board. It is repositionable, durable, and has held up well. We use it with a family of seven. 

3. Can you use other liquid chalk markers with these boards?

Yes absolutely! As long as they are chalk markers, they should show up on the board without a problem. I would recommend checking their reviews to understand their product-specific directions for cleaning.

Questions about shipping?

1. What is the shipping cost?

The standard rate is free for anywhere inside the continental United States and is available for any shipment. For expedited rate is $10.00 for anywhere inside the continental United States and is available for any shipment. If you choose priority shipping rate will be $13.00

2. Is this a sticker type board that peels and sticks or is it a rigid reusable magnetic board?

It is a rigid reusable board. It is repositionable, durable, and has held up well. We use it with a family of seven.

3. When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship, and the full estimated delivery window for receipt. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@xoxoparents.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes. In instances when we are shipping to a P.O. Box, there may be delays with the Post Office. Please work with your local post office on their delivery policies.

Questions about  Refunds, returns, and exchanges?

1. Do you accept returns and refunds? 

Most products will fall into a 10-day return policy where the customer must inform us that they would like to return an item. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

 

If you receive an item that has been damaged or is defective please notify us within 3 days of the item being received. If there is a different return policy, it will be outlined on the product page. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email immediately at care@xoxoparentss.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. This must be done within 5 days of your delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Questions about warranty?

1. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! We do offer a warranty for all products manufactured by XOXO Parents if they are registered within 30 days when the order was placed. For products manufactured by our partners, their warranty policy will be in place if they have one. Customer satisfaction is VERY important to us, so please contact us anytime with questions or concerns. If you are not happy, we will make our best efforts to try to resolve the issue.

 

2. What if I have an issue and it is outside of the return/warranty policy?
